Starting January 2026, Microsoft will begin retiring the Whiteboard feature that allows you to insert PDF's and PowerPoint files from OneDrive for Business and SharePoint.


What Remains

You can still insert from your local PC using the Whiteboard Windows app.

  • Insert pictures is unaffected.

  • Already inserted PDF's and PPTs will remain unaffected an can be seen on existing boards.
